Lookout Ridge

This was a spec home built in the private Promontory neighborhood, on a lot that most people didn’t understand. We got on board with the architects’ vision and immediately saw the inherent value waiting to be unlocked.

We requested the addition of the Panda Lift and Slide wall system, and a re-configuration of windows to add more glass. The results were stunning, our client is ecstatic with both the home and their return on investment, and the current owner gushes about the craftsmanship.

We call it a Ledyard Home.
